Order Processing and Air Shipping

Please note that all orders are shipped in no more than 2 business days and typically in 1. Air shipments are attempted to be sent in 1 business day always, BUT any order not in by midnight will not ship the next day if ordered via air. Please note that orders after midnight on Tuesday via 3 day select will not arrive until the following Monday due to shipping on Wednesday and 3 business days being the following Monday via UPS. The same is the case with 2 day Air on orders after midnight on Wednesday and Overnight shipments after midnight Thursday. You must build in 1 day to ship and 1-3 business days to arrive when calculating air delivery dates.

Exchange Policy

If you have an exchange of your Headsokz you need to send them to us via US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS to the address below. We will send them back to you on an exchange at no charge, but remember that you must pay to ship them to us.

Return Policy

You may return your Headsokz within 75 days of purchase for credit. All returns are subject to inspection and must have a receipt or website trackable order number. All returns are subject to inspection for excessive use or wear and we will credit the original purchasers account. Simply send the item back with the original packing slip or order information in the package and ask for a credit.

6. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
